Lion Leap - Afternoon Sessions (1:00-5:00)
Lion Leap camps provide campers the opportunity to take a deeper dive in a specific area of interest. A different deeper dive theme will be offered each week for the month of June. These camps are open to campers enrolled in the Literacy Camp morning sessions and community members (rising K-5th) who would like to take a targeted afternoon summer program. To register, click on the appropriate session below and complete the online registration form. Once you register, Courage Schools will email an invoice with payment information. Courage must receive payment within one week to secure your child's space. Maximum enrollment per session: 30 Cost per week: $300.00 (registration fees are nonrefundable) Week 1: June 7th-11th: STEAM Campers will take a deeper dive into the world of STEAM. The week's activities will culminate in students using the elements of STEAM to solve a real world problem. Week 2: June 14th-18th: Musical Theater Campers will take a deeper dive into the world of musical theater. The week’s activities will culminate in a full production. Week 3: June 21st-25th: STEAM Campers will take a deeper dive into the world of STEAM. The week's activities will culminate in students using the elements of STEAM to solve a real world problem. Week 4: June 28th-July 2nd: Folktales and Storytelling Campers will take a deeper dive into the world of storytelling through the lens of folktales. The week’s activities will culminate in students presenting their own story.
